Looking at an already defined project, the reader has a prospective view that single calculation examples cannot provide. Parts of a project requiring special attention and accurate study become evident, so influencing choices in a design.
In my opinion the important parts of a project are: financing/management, aerodynamic research, construction technology, choice of, construction procedures, safety, and crashworthiness problems. A prospective plan will complete the panorama and will be used to provide a good idea of the costs.
